Located on the water in Lower Manhattan, the iconic Battery Maritime Building is being developed into Casa Cipriani. The design has been reimagined and restored by Thierry W. Despont architects, and in collaboration with New York Stone. Our stones are featured well throughout the project’s many amenity spaces. The building will include a private members club as well as Casa Cipriani luxury 47 rooms and suites hotel with private balconies overlooking the Brooklyn bridge and the Statue of Liberty.
